Food & Drink Fest (www.FoodandDrinkFest.com) also know as Beau Monde Productions (BMP) and Prestige Bridal Shows Inc.

BMP has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to protecting the privacy of our visitors and consumers. That commitment is built around openness and consent.

We will not give out your email address or personal contact information to any outside party -- period!

 
We have an "opt-out" clause on all at show BMP administered ballots that reads “(    ) Please do not add my contact information to the Food & Drink Fest email list" By checking off this clause you are effectively “Opting Out” of receiving after show information from Food & Drink fest about winners, specials, and upcoming show info. We place copies of this policy at the front entrance of each show and beside the ballot boxes”. When you fill out the BMP administered ballots and do not check the "Opt-out" clause you are “Opting In” to receive information from Food & Drink Fest and from BMP.  

We place a box on all BMP administered ballots at BMP shows that state: “I do not wish to be added to the BMP email list”. If you do not check this box, you are giving BMP permission to contact you from time to time with relevant show information. We place copies of this policy at the front entrance of each show and beside the ballot boxes.

Note: If you have provided your contact information to an exhibitor at a BMP show, it is not BMP’s responsibility to contact that exhibitor if you do not wish to receive further information from the said exhibitor. It is the responsibly of the person who filled out the contact information ballot or forum to contact any company that you no longer want to receive information from.

The following discloses our information-gathering and dissemination practices for BMP.

INFORMATION GATHERING AND USAGE

The use of our site does not require the giving of any personally identifiable information. We may collect information about you that is not personally identifiable, such as the type of Internet browser and the type of computer operating system you are using, or the domain name of the Web site from which you linked to our site.

BMP may offer products or services on our site. In order to deliver these items we may ask visitors for contact information (like an email address), unique identifiers (like a Date of Birth or something of choosing), and demographic information (like a zip code, area code, age, or income level). From time to time we share "averages" and other aggregate data collected from large groups of contest entries.

This Website (excluding linked websites) is controlled by BMP from its offices within the Province of Ontario, Canada.
