6th Annual Food & Drink Fest...the Festival with Taste! presents Celebrity Chef Chuck Hughes from Food Networks "Chuck's Day Off" on Sunday April 10th, 2011, Copps Coliseum Chef Chuck will be on the cooking demo stage on Sunday 1pm & 3pm to whip up some fabulous recipes for the crowd, to chat about his secrets in the kitchen and some photo ops....Foodies, try and contain yourselves;) Be sure to come early to get a good seat!  Price to see Chef Chuck's cooking demo is included with the price of admission

A bit about Chuck: Chuck Hughes was on the fast track to a career in advertising, but somewhere along the way he fell in love with the restaurant business. He enrolled in culinary school, started working in the city's hottest kitchens and hasn't looked back. In 2006, he and his two friends opend their own place. He loves simple, well made food: "It's food!" he says, "It's meant to be fun and taste good--it doesn't have to be fancy." If you want to know about some of his favourites , look no further than his tatoos: lobsters, oysters, bacon and arugula suggest that this guy REALLY LOVES his craft....
