Food & Drink Fest... the Festival with Taste!, the regions' largest culinary event, is going mobile and would like to extend to you the unique opportunity to become the Exclusive Mobile Sponsor. After surveying some of the thousands of affluent consumers in attendance last year, we discovered that developing a mobile app would be a perfect compliment to the show experience. It became evident that those in attendance all love to eat, drink, shop, be entertained and most importantly, tell their friends all about it! Which made us think, "why not give attendees a common place to share their love of all things food & drink and the logical place would be on a device that is practically glued to their hip?" 

  Title Sponsorship

Title Sponsorship for the Food & Drink Fest is open to any company or specific product that does not present any conflict with exhibitors or other levels of sponsorships.

Title Sponsorship fee $30,000

Benefits to your company include:

1. The show would be called "Your Company" Food & Drink Fest
2. Attendees receive a free souvenir tasting glass with the name of the show printed on it.
3. All local and regional marketing and adverting of the event will promote "your company" because of the shows title.
4. Your company banner will also be hung by the Entertainment stage.
5. Your company will receive 100 free passes to the show (valued at $1,000) that you can use as incentives for your sales staff or for employee recognition.
6. To promote the idea of "kicking back?"after work with co-workers in a less formal setting, we have developed a strategic marketing campaign on top of our broader advertising campaign that will target the over 40,000 people who work downtown. Your Company can reinforce the image that they are a company that knows and appreciates that life more then just about work. It's about relaxing with great food, fun drinks, and entertainment while developing new and old relationships.
7. All advertising of the event will promote the fact that a portion of the profits will go to charity. Your sponsorship and association with the event will be a positive public relations initiative and a goodwill gesture.
8. We would like to work with your company on developing more unique ideas to help get people thinking about "Your Company" in other fun, positive and practical ways such as:
   • Setting up the Coat Check as the "Your Company Coat Deposit". Adding a tag line such as "Count on us to look after more then just your (money, travel needs, health etc..)". Sending the message that your company has all the products and services to meet today's needs.
   • In the Your Company booth there would be an opportunity for your staff to chat and mingle with attendees filling out ballots to win a number of great door prizes. This is a great lead generator and a fantastic opportunity for people to see Your Company in a different light and find out information on Your Company's products and services.
   • To purchase samples of food or drink people will need to buy coupons "Your Company Fun Funds". Exhibitors will have a sign on their table that will indicate how many "Your Company Fun Funds" each item costs, giving people a unique "Your Company" experience.
   • Your Company will have the opportunity to send "Your Companies" customers over 19 years of age a "Your Company Food & Drink Fest Discount Pass". This is a great customer appreciation approach for "Your Company".
   • The floor plan is set up to have an area where people can sit and enjoy their samples and listen to entertainment. We would like to call this area something fun like the "Your Company Mingle Lounge". Trumpeting that your company is on the same level with consumers when it comes to realizing that life is about smelling the roses. In this area your company could have chic posters with images on how to achieve a balanced life through your companies products and services.
      

Corporate Sponsorship for Organizations or Groups

This level of sponsorship is open to any organizations or group that works or acts on behalf of companies that sell food and/or drink products or services. Such as, craft brewers, wine, growers or food associations.

Organizations Sponsorship fee $5,000.

Benefits include:

1. A booth location at the "Food & Drink Fest" to promote your organization and your membership to attendees and other exhibitors.
   
   All members of your organization will receive a special members discount to participate as a vendor in the event.
2. Your company will receive 50 free passes (Valued at $500) to the show that you can use as incentives for your sales staff or for employee recognition.
3. All newspaper, magazine, radio, coupons, posters and web-site and TV advertising will either include your logo or mentioned your sponsorship of the event.
4. Your company banner will also be hung by the Entertainment stage.
    

Official Corporate Sponsorship
